We were told by the local medical facility to use this hotel. I would firmly recommend going the extra 20 minutes to Ottawa to stay; there is a Hampton and Comfort Inn. We have already alerted the medical facility about this hotel. more

I was very disappointed in this motel. People in town tell me that it is a fairly new motel, but it looks old and worn in so many ways. I got bit by some bug while watching TV, sheets were very thin, towels and wash cloths worn out, etc. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. more

Have stayed here a few times over the past several years and sadly have seen this place decline. Rooms are badly in need of a thorough cleaning, repair and redecorating. I feel compelled to advise travelers that my stay at the Streator Super 8 was by far the worse motel experience we have had in years. The owner/operator was so unexperienced and unaccomodating that it was close to a shock.
