This hotel was very convenient to U of I, less than 10 minutes. Thumbs up: Comfy bed, clean room, minimal breakfast included. I book a decent hotel and wanted a basic, clean room. What I didn't expect was finding a dead tick on my bedding. I realize this can happen, but it shakens my confidence in their cleaning habits. Besides the "I'm sorry" didn't make me feel any better...a more apologetic and discounted night should have been offered.

The staff was great they were friendly and always had a smile.I did have some trouble with the WiFi , but all in all I had a good stay.
