The staff was great, the cleaniest hotel i have stayed at for a long time. Breadfast was great lot of options. Would of liked to see the pool water a little warmer to much difference between spa and pool. The one thing on the down side is the doors when they open to the rooms are loud, like steel sound.... more

I agree with all great things said about this hotel. We too stayed overnight for a trip to Six Flags Great America the next day. We stay here several times a year for business and personal trips. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a refrig & micro. HS internet works very well. Breakfast is superior; eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. All in all, an excellent place to stay. more

I just wonder what the regular weekday rate is. Places like Hawthorn Suites tend to give deep discount on weekends as most of their trade is on weedays. I stayed here because my club was playing "Whirleyball" at a nearby facility and I did not wish to drive all the way back to Downtown Chicago (where I live) afterward. Located... more
