The hotel isn't brand new by any means but our room was very clean. There was a slight odor of either smoke or mildew in our non-smoking room but it wasn't bad. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have encountered. The room I was given was on the ground floor, and the overwhelming smell of mold was the first thing I experienced when I walked in the room. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but the multiple burn holes in the bedding said otherwise. The bathrooms were equally filthy.... more
I was supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a sink, mini-fridge and microwave. They didn't have a non-smoking room and since several of our team families were staying, we took a chance.
