We have stayed at the Pointe every year for an IU football weekend for the past 10 years or so. Sometimes the condo units have been nice, other years quite dated and worn, but since it was the only place near Bloomington that could house our large crew, we've kept coming back.

This year was a mixed bag as far as the condo units were concerned, but the service was HORRIBLE. Hours after checking out we realized that we had left our young son's teddy bear and a very nice adult's Nike jacket behind. We promptly called to report the items that we were certain we left behind, and were told it would take several days for them to thoroughly clean the unit, but that someone would call us back if they found the items (that, again, we were certain we'd left behind).
