I would not recommend business travelers stay here. I could connect to the internet but I I couldn't connect to my company's VPN even after troubleshooting with the hotel's ISP. I called my work's computer help line and was told that Holiday Inn at that particular location had a block on a port on their firewall that wouldn't allow VPN... more

We booked a wheelchair accessible smoking room and had no problems what-so-ever. We were in the area for the Pink's All Out drag racing and had some family and friends stay at the hotel with us. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. Our room wasn't ready when we showed up but we were early so it wasn't the hotel's... more

I booked this hotel through the company website in June 2008 for 5/23/09, 2 nights as it was an event weekend for the Indy 500 and have confirmation for the 2 nights for 4 adults, 2 double beds @ $175.00 the first night and $117. 00 second night with cancellation before 6 p.m. the night of arrival. However, in September,... more

This hotel served it's purpose. Nice rooms and expected breakfast. There is no elevator in this one, though there is only 2 floors, but it makes it hard when I have my luggage and a pelican case full of tools. Also... if you are a platinum memeber, don't expect any extras out of this hotel. more

My wife and I drove 10 hours to this hotel while enroute home from our vacation. All day we relished in the thought that we could take a nice cool refreshing dip and soak in the outdoor pool at this hotel. The pool is the main reason I reserved a room at this hotel. When we checked in we found... more

What a wonderful staff at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and very accomodating. Staff gave great recommendations for dinner...try Boulder Creek when you are there...I enjoyed our room...the whirlpool tub was a plus after a long day. I enjoyed the new bedding too...I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a while so this was a real plus. They... more

I found the room to be pretty decent. It was clean, quiet, had a fridge and a good continental breakfast with a nice variety. Downside: Housekeeping not detail oriented. 1. They did not replace one of the towels (I had better not get charged for it!) They just took the dirty one. 2. I had to go to the desk... more

Before agreeing to room conditions check out bathrooms for cleanliness. We paid a little extra to have a wirlpool bathroom only to find a wad of hair stuck in the water intake and a ring around the top of the tub. King size beds need to have pillows according to size <king size pillows not standard> Hotel rooms need detailed... more

I have stayed here every year in early June for the past 6 years while on an annual family visit. I have always been given a room on the opposite side of the hotel from Highway I-74, but I have never heard any traffic noise. I don't even hear noise from adjoining rooms or even in the hallway. The beds... more
