The hotel staff is very friendly and makes a great effort keeping the place in shape. Nice conference facilities and restaurants inside and nearby. The building itself is a confusing sprawl and not representative of the newer Marriotts. All in all decent, but not noteworthy. I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and couldn't get over the service. The rooms were really nice, obviously renovated recently. Bathrooms were a little small but fine for what I do in there! Our stay was nice. The hotel is older but offers everything in one place. Great food at Red River but the worst service that we have ever experienced! Talked to the manager after and she gave us a free nights stay with breakfast. That was awesome!! We will certainly stay there again. More
