Upon arrival at hotel, the area seemed to be a little on the rough side. The room itself was clean (clean bedding, comfortable, not worn out). It was the bathroom that was disappointing. The caulking job that they had done around the perimeter of the tub was flaking off as well as the ceiling (lack of ventilation or exhaust fan).... more

The staff at the desk are extremely rude. They have been charging my card and I paid in cash!!! I tried talking to them but they were arguing with me! They have charged my card twice and the prices are not even the same! So definately beware if you give them cash or a credit card. I work in the... more

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and pleasant. The pool was nice as well but the only changing room they have is down the hall. The only complaint that I have is that the shuttle driver that took us to the casino was rude. He was talking on his cell... more

My family stayed 2 nights at this motel while visiting universities in Chicago. We arrived late afternoon. The building doesn't present well, possibly due to its location. The front desk service was very good and fast. The room itself, two double beds, was very small. We've stayed in other Quality Inns which were roomier. Everything was clean and tidy. Both... more

This hotel was not in a great part of town. Hammond has a horrible stench to it. It is in a run-down looking area, like they just stuck a hotel into a broke-down industrial zone. The parking lot is only a couple feet from the main road. It was called the Quality Inn, and the first thing we noticed was... more

Worst hotel experience ever. First someone from expedia stole my credit card number, then when i got to the hotel,i found i had NO reservation. I don't know if this was expedia or the hotels fault. I had heard that the hotel had been remodeled. Maybe that was true,if the word remodeled meant roach free, because that's about all it was. The... more

I booked a 2 week stay through Expedia and had to leave after the second night. I am not going to leave some long, drawn out stories so I will list the problems I had... 1. All employees are rude and they act as if you are bothering them when you ask them something. 2. The internet does not work... more

This hotel has the pooriest customer service even down to the owner. I let my watch in the room and discovered I left it 30 minutes after I checked out. I called the hotel immediately and was told they would contact the cleaning supervisor and get back with me. I called them back and of course no one knew what... more

I had a hard time reserving a room in Chicago because of the prices- so we stayed about 30 minutes out-- in Hammond, Indiana at the Quality Inn and the room was 70$/night and was clean and decent. Which when I looked online in Chicago- I couldnt find anything cheap except motels with no reviews of thier quality. That hotel... more
