Beautiful and well managed facility. Meeting rooms are extremely cold because of air conditioning settings. Otherwise, a great place to meet. This facility was very clean, and easily meets high expectations that come with the name Hilton.

First room the toilet overflowed. Second room, the bathroom had so many hairs we thought we were in a salon, sheets had blood on them. Third room one bed only, we were in a double and needed two beds - the first rollaway was broken and second bowed in the middle.

The suite we stayed in was very nice. The Roosevelt suite on the 3rd floor was spacious, nice, and clean. The bathroom was way to small, but that is often the case with older properties. Hotel is very average at best. No in room refrigerator, daily fee for wi-fi, no vending on floor (except for soda and water, but machines weren't fully stock, so several beverages were out), had to park and walk a long ways. Highlight was the quality of food from the restraunt!

Very friendly staff, nice, clean room, smooth check-in and check-out. Only improvement would be it would be great to have a whirlpool tub by the swimming pool; didn't bother with the pool without a hot tub/whirlpool alongside.

Check-in went smoothly. Restaurant is ok. My chicken sandwich was good; however my fries were not completely cooked.I scheduled 3 wake up calls, to only receive 1. Then on my last night the front desk gave my room to another guest. What a surprise I had at 11:30 pm! Thank goodness I had the metal lock on the door.

Everything here is average. Clean rooms, but a bit noisy.
