We ended up booking this hotel because we needed something cheap for a quick trip to Indy for a swim meet and we were to be spending 5 days. Found it on the swim meet website. The property was ok, not outstanding, but the price was right. There was remodeling in the basement (looks like they got flooded during the June storms). Room was clean.

Clerk when we checked in could have been more friendly. His shirt wasn't tucked in, he kept telling us we had more paperwork and he would bring it to us, but never did. Friends who were to be in the same hotel arrived, they were given keys to a room with the construction workers still in it!

Having a kitchen and fridge helpful to keep kids fed. Bed extremely hard. Children shared pullout, which had broken springs. Although materials in the room made it sound like there was dish soap available at the desk, non was available. Didn't like the fact that the plunger was stored under the kitchen sink with the dish drainer, so never... more
