First they didn't give me the room I reserved. Next one of the pass keys did not work. The door way was littered with Duck Poop. The room was FILTHY! Their was no instructions in the room for "Ice or use of my computer. When I went to the office they gave me a password but the Wi Fi was... more

So my wife and I went down the for a weekend to go shopping in Castleton and stayed in a "suite" at the hotel. The room was worn out worse than any hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm guessing the couch was at least 25 years old and the carpet hadn't been changed in at least 15 years. The TV... more

Room smelled moldy, carpet was wet enough to soak the bottoms of my pants and my slippers, bedding was damp, bathroom was dirty, water condensation running down the doors. Staff was not helpful, would not give a refund as room was booked online. more
