I will never stay here again! The room was dirty and we pulled the bedspread down and the sheet was dirty! There was hair and dirt on it from previous guests! I was worried it would have bed bugs! It was just disgusting!!! more

We were staying here for a weekend while in the area to go to the Cubs/Reds game and visit the casino. We called ahead and booked our room then went straight to the casino before going to the hotel to check in. When we finally got back to the hotel they told us it was past check in and we... more

I was in lawrenceburg for a buisness trip. I was leery of this hotel after reading the reviews on line. However it was more reasonable in price than others so I decided to roll with the puches. Apon arrival at the hotel it was quite busy had to wait in line about five mins to check in. i got to... more

My friend and I have mobility issues, so I reserved the handicapped room. The walk-in shower was excellent, as it was not necessary to climb into a tub. The rest of the bathroom was large and easy to get around. The room was spacious, comfortable and close to the pool and front desk. The front desk personnel were helpful and... more

We had a child who got sick during the night and vomited. We called the front desk but no one ever came to get the dirty linens and give us clean ones so we placed the dirty linens in the hallway for someone to pick up. The child slept on a blanket the remainder of the night. They charged my... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, approximately a year apart, both times in September. Last year, everything was fine... this year, some problems. First, the good: the hotel is nice enough. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and it feels like a nice, new, clean place to stay. However, the staff is not so great. When I arrived,... more

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the casino. The room was big and the bed was comfortable almost as if we were in our own bed. The biscutits in gravy was great for my husband seems how he doesn't like cereal and bagels!! Also we loved the fact that That the hotel excepts pets. They even... more

I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I called them directly on February 15th and spoke to Eileen who stated my credit card was declined. O.K. - no problem, [-] happens. I told her I would call my bank and give her a call back. When I called them back Eileen said "sorry but the hotel... more

this place was a disappointment to say the least. At check in they didn't tell us where the elevator was; no hand towels in the room; at breakfast the decaf was cold and no plastic bag in the METAL trash can; 2nd day no syrup for the waffles; when we left the 1st AM the gal asked us if we... more

Upon checkout, I noticed two odd items on my bill. One was a $1.59 for the safe rental in the room. Something I did not use, ask for, or was given the opportunity to decline. The other was a $.59 registration fee. I booked this room directly through ChoiceHotels.com as I do often. I stay in 5-6 different Quality or... more
