Our family reunion was there this past holiday weekend and the location is tops for outdoor activities in great scenery for fun for all ages. The kids went swimming, made necklaces at the Nature Center, and watched the birds there as well. We got lots of pictures on the multiple hikes available for all levels in beautiful canyon scenery. Spring... More

We stayed here for two nights. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the meals we ate were well prepared and good tasting, although a bit on the expensive side. The room was cozy with a pleasant view to the woods. It was a nice surprise that there was no park use fee for us since we were staying... More

Really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. It is often hard to get a room here on the weekends during the summer months. We have stayed both in the inn and cabins. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hiking at the state park and being away from the big city for a weekend. More

Our family of three stayed in one of the "Sleeping Cabins" which are located adjacent to the Inn and this particular unit had 2 doubles. They call it a Sleeping Room for a reason...it is very small...tube tv...3 drawers...rack to hang clothing...very tight bath with shower only...no counter...it appears some updates have been done but not enough...they've got a long... We had a room on the third floor with refigerator, sofa (also pulls out into bed) and a King sized bed. The room was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. the furniture was rustic with wood bark and perfectly fit the setting. The room is not like a five star hotel in the big city but it is comfortable, woodsy, and charming.... More

I visit the Turkey Run Inn in the Turkey Run State Park at least once a year and have for many years now. I stay either in the Inn itself or in one of the inn cabins located a short distance from the inn. I enjoy Indiana's state park inns, but they are not for everyone. The traveler needs to... More

I have told my daughter so many years about how great of a place this inn is to stay at. Well I got my chance to show her this time. This inn is a short distance out of our way to Pennsylvania but is well worth the side trip. It is so relaxing to say at this in during the... More

We just wanted a short break. Something cheap and cheerful. Weather was great. The facilities were fine. What you pay for is what you get. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was basic but fine. The food tast good, not complaints. All round nice stay. More

Rooms looked rustic modern. Nice toiletries provided. Walls a little thin - you could hear everything from the halls and everything in the bathroom from the bedroom. Rooms very spacious for a state park. More

Stayed here for fall break getaway and payed 132.00. This would have been ok but the bed in 226 just needs to be discarded. The staff at the front desk and restaurant was great. Food was adequate- but the bed was just awful. The pool needs a good scrub but my children didn't mind. Location- just a gorgeous Fall place... More
