Clean, centrally located and wonderful service. Restaurant breakfasts deliver great food with great service at a great price. Service was equal to a 3 star restaurant. Unfortunately, did not have opportunity to try their dinner menu.

“Lovely hotel and nice staff”

My sleep would have been fine, since the bed was very comfortable and the room very nice, except for two factors. I stayed at this hotel on business and although the area leaves a bit to be desired. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms are a bit on the small side. The staff is courteous and very welcoming. Checked in around 1:00 a.m. the lady working the desk was very friendly and cheerful. In the morning I passed several hotel workers cleaning rooms and delivering room service everyone made sure to make eye contact and say hello. My room was clean and nice. “Worth the Drive from Chicago”

This hotel is definently in the right spot. Near the mall, restaurants and movie theater. I highly recommend this location. My room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet offered many items for $9.95 and it was very tasty.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is kind and friendly. Enjoyed chatting with bar and kitchen staff. We only experienced minor difficulties with in-room internet, but the front desk staff was able to fix. Nice-nice hotel! Would stay again without hesitation.
