It's true you get what you pay for. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was a cup I'm assuming from the previous guest or house keeping in the refrigerator, no trash can liners in the trash cans, shower wasn't cleaned very well and the bathroom smelled like pee. The bed was rock hard, the room was filthy - garbage behind the furniture, the room smelled like smoke - not just a slight odor, the room heater/ac unit was not sealed and the 15 degree temperature air was allowed to swirl throughout the room, I stayed two nights - the housekeeping staff turned the heater off and the room... The front desk staff was very friendly. My complaint lies only on the housekeeping. The dirt was was not vacuumed between nights, nor was the bed made. When brought to mgt attention, I was told that was policy. I will not be returning.
