First stay at this casino, we had a suite on the 8th floor (old tower). The room was smaller than expected but fairly clean. The negatives... Long walk from Casino/check in desk, mattress was too firm, limited TV channels. Positives.... Great facility & plenty to do. Free Valet parking (or they didn't charge us) Vegas Baby (Dance Club/Bar) was awesome. More

I have stayed at Blue Chip a few times and think it is pretty good. My room was in the spa blue tower and was nice. I don't know about the rates because every time I stayed it was a comp. If you are going to the casino I would suggest getting a card and using it when you play.... More

We just stayed there this past weekend. Things couldn't have been better for our visit from Wisconsin. We made online reservations for the hotel and the Steak House. Our room was $308.00 w/taxes. No, I couldn't afford to stay a whole week here, but for splurging for one night it was worth it. Amazingly the average age of the people... More

Spent the weekend shopping and relaxing at Blue Chip. Stayed in a Spa Blue room and it was really nice. The rooms are a lot nicer than the Blue Chip tower. Ask for a high floor, we were on the 18th floor, with a view of Lake Michigan. All was good and we got a special rate by calling for... More

The wife and I stayed one night at Blue Chip Spa Tower. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the 14th floor and had a nice view of Lake Michigan. We thought the room was over priced ($142 with tax) for the Michigan City area. You can get a room in the older hotel for about... My wife surprised me for an early 40th Birthday get away. Our end destination was the Notre Dame Football game, but stayed two nights at the Blue Chip Casino. We were in the newer tower. We checked in late, and the woman checking us in was very nice. We had a few drinks that night and listened to some of... More

Ok boat! Smells ok with smoke , they romodeled the rooms plus the casino a while back! The gambling is ok and the food is ok, fourwinds is a lot better! During the day there is a major outlet mall a few blocks down the road, it's in a bad area! I recommend fourwinds a lot more!!! More

I've been going to Blue Chip for years (it was still a boat). I've stayed in both their hotels although now I always get comped for the Spa Blue Tower. Old Tower very nice since remodeling. I have never had a dirty room; a dirty shower; bad linens; a hard bed or pillows. And customer service is exceptional! Why self... More

I stayed at the Blue Chip Casino and Hotel for one night on Sun. Oct. 16th, as I was playing in their 2-day slot tournament. When I signed up I asked for the Spa Blu Tower which is much newer and larger than the original Blue chip hotel building. I had a Premium Room in the Spa Blu Tower, and... More

I stayed in the old Blue Chip tower. It is dated, yes. But still not a bad room. The beds aren't something to be desired. The most disappointing part of my stay was that the whirlpool ( both of them) were shut down and drained. There weren't any signs posted prior to getting into the indoor pool area ( which... More
