Staff is rude & doesn't care about problems. The breakfast is terrible & they don't restock items. Rooms appear clean, but upon further inspection they really aren't. This hotel bases their rates on being the only "real" hotel in Middlebury, but you're better off sleeping in your car at McDonald's!

Very relaxing stay. Our room was immaculate. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Employees were friendly. This was truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Our only problem was getting a bit too warm from the duvet. (we should have turned the thermostat down an hour or so before going to bed). Also a good location.
