This was my first experience at a B&B so was a bit nervous at first but the owners put my anxieties at ease very quickly. Our room was beautiful, with everything we could possibly need or want right there. Arnie asked us about our preferences in food and drink, so it was wonderful smelling coffee brewing in the morning! The... More

Staying at the Country Victorian B&B made our weekend get-away the best ever! Lori and Arnie were accomodating, gracious hosts and genuinely nice people, who have thought of every detail. They asked us about special dietary needs or dislikes for breakfast and went out of their way to provide suggestions of activities in the area. The ample breakfast was delicious... More

Very clean and wonderful, amazing breakfast! The house sits on Main Street and was busier than I realized it would be for a small town but it is on a main street that is part of a two-lane highway. There were ear plugs for those who may not want to hear any noise. Lori and Arnie were great hosts and... More

I'm late in writing my review but it was not because we didn't enjoy our stay. Beautiful old home located right on the main street. We stayed in the Sage Room, which does face the street and has the toilet & shower in a converted closet. Sure it was tight, but I commend them for creating a private bathroom for... More

We stayed as it was near the venue for a 40th HS reunion. The house is great... rooms looked good. We stayed in the Sage room... very comfortable, shower a little tight. The owner said that they were consider a remodel. We would recommend staying in any of the other rooms! The rooms have ear plugs for use to keep... More

My mother and I loved the Amish Room! Sooooo clean and comfortable with lots of little special things you don't get in other places like bathrobes, razors, toothpaste, DVD movies, magazines, fresh baked cookies to snack on, etc, etc. The breakfast was just fabulous and very elegant table. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

We arrived much later than we planned. I saw something on the website that indicated extra charges might be applied for late arrival, so I called Lori to let her know we'd be coming in late and she was very gracious about our late arrival. We enjoyed unwinding after a long drive by strolling down the street to the quaint... More

A very nice B&B with friendly, solicitous hosts, great breakfasts, clean, comfortable rooms, centrally located for visiting Amish Country attractions. See Amish buggies clip-clop past the front porch.... More

Such a beautiful house, the room was beautiful and very relaxing. Lori and Arnie were such great hosts, gave us great ideas for dinner. Lori is a fantastic cook. The breakfast table was set like royalty was coming for breakfast, her food was wonderful. Many extras in the room. There was a small refrigerator in the dining room anyone could... More

The Country Victorian is a place where once you visit you will always come back. We have enjoyed our stays so much that we have not only taken our family members there, but we have taken our friends there to visit as well. Arnie and Lori make you feel so welcome that you feel so relaxed you never want to... More
