I stayed here 3 night along with 5 other friends (total of 6 rooms). We all had COCK ROACHES in our rooms. I mean not just one but several. The rooms all had food and other depris under the beds. more

Walked in and it smelled really good and looked really clean. They were very friendly,also. After we had been there awhile and my little girls were walking around and exploring, myhusband and I noticed their feet were black!! The hotel was clean and in good condition. Was worth what they charge. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. No extra charges or big surprises. AAA rate was lower that the State Government rate that is typically lower at other hotels. Clean, nice rooms for $43. Only negative was that beds are hard. more

We stayed there from Tues-Fri the week before Memorial Day. The hotel was clean, service was good, and our room was fine. The recliner didn't work very well though. We stayed in this Days Inn for family weekend at Ball State. I was terribly disappointed in this place. It was filthy, smelled absolutely horrible. The carpet was so disgusting I had to throw the socks away we were wearing. The vending machines were completely empty. The only thing I can say good about this is location to Ball State.... more
