The hotel was clean and in good condition. Was worth what they charge. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. No extra charges or big surprises. AAA rate was lower that the State Government rate that is typically lower at other hotels. Clean, nice rooms for $43. Only negative was that beds are hard. more

We stayed there from Tues-Fri the week before Memorial Day. The hotel was clean, service was good, and our room was fine. The recliner didn't work very well though. A bonus was having a micro-fridge, but I think we had a "business class" room. The bed and bathroom were also good, again nothing special but nothing wrong. Breakfast was OK.... more

We stayed in this Days Inn for family weekend at Ball State. I was terribly disappointed in this place. It was filthy, smelled absolutely horrible. The carpet was so disgusting I had to throw the socks away we were wearing. The vending machines were completely empty. The only thing I can say good about this is location to Ball State.... more

Been six years since I last stayed here and the hotel is still a great place to stay. Just off the highwayand easy to get to. Nice for the price -- refrigerator, microwave, huge grassy area for dogs. The only negative is they don't clean under the bed, so watch out with your dogs or small children! Date of Stay: 5/14/05 more
