Beautiful mansion and lovely room accommodations. We were requested to change from a scheduled 9:30 breakfast to 7:30am so the innkeeper could take care of other business. Courteous staff, unobtrusive for a b&b. Amenities were as advertised. Don't use third floor suite if you smoke. Stairs are steep going to 3rd floor but the suite at the top is very quiet and is worth the trek. Breakfast was very good and still available after 9:30 am for those who overslept. more
