I was so fortunate to find the Potter’s Wheel B & B while staying in Richmond, IN recently to do some genealogical research. The gracious hospitality of proprietors Bill and Marcia Pendley, along with the spacious accommodations they provide, made for a wonderful visit. They remodeled the lower level of their lovely country home into a cozy country-style “studio apartment”, with every amenity you could want or need, including a gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, super comfy bed with handmade quilts, spacious bathroom, books galore to browse at your leisure, and best of all, homemade cookies waiting for you in your room at the end of each day! The room also has its own heating and A/C, so you can control the comfort level of the room to suit your needs. And with only one guest room, you are their only guest, so being pampered is guaranteed! Bill is an awesome cook, and makes some wonderful breakfasts!
