The Martha Parry was the perfect addition to our weekend of antiquing. Friendly and knowledgable about history and antigues.. Chris and Jill were great hosts ! The food was delicious and the accomodations luxurious. Based on the excellent service and attention to every detail... we give it two thumbs up !! Don't miss it if you want a relaxing weekend... more

We just completed our third stay in this B&B, and each visit gets more charming. The owners actually have two B&Bs within a few blocks of each other. We stayed at the Parry B&B in 2007, and we've now stayed at the Smith B&B twice. Beautiful rooms in beautiful settings. The breakfasts are always good -- ask for the deep... more

You are missing a real treat if you are in richmond and do not stay at the Martha Parry house. The price is comparable to any hotel chain but the accomadations are top notch. My husband and i found this inn by complete luck on an unplanned getaway and now we will spend many more weekends here after finding it.... more

This place The Martha Perry house) is beautiful. Jill was waiting for us..we got in about 7:30 p.m. and she was warm and welcoming. She showed us around the inn and gave us an excellent recommendation for a place to have dinner. Plenty of towels, a gorgeously appointed room in a restored old home filled with antiques, and a lovely... more

We stayed here to attend my husband's 20th class reunion. We stayed in the Parry House but had breakfast a block away in the Smith house. These are antique filled, lovingly restored homes, that are very comfortable places to stay. Easy communication with owner Jill, and breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. more

I've stayed here twice, in the Martha Perry house, and loved it both times. The beds are wonderfully comfortable with luxurious linens. The house is quiet at night and is air conditioned in the summer. The proprietors are always warm and friendly, and the breakfasts are superb. I highly recommend it. more

Just got back from a weekend at the Martha Perry B & B. The early 1900's home is a beautiful jem from this period with fabulous stained glass windows just about everywhere. Kris & Jill (owners) are gracious, welcoming & down to earth. Breakfast both days was yummy! Will go back again. more

We booked our stay because of the reviews saying the homemade breakfast and how beautiful the B&B was for Richmond, Indiana. What a disappointment. The cinnamon rolls came from the microwave and it went downhill from there. The road was on the road side (the only thing they offered when only one room was booked for the night) and we... more

Travelled to Richmond with my daughter for her basketball camp at Earlham College. Since I am not familiar with the area, I wanted to stay somewhere I felt safe and comfortable...not the usual hotel/motel crowds and activity. Philip B. Smith B & B is fabulous! From the home itself, to the hostess Eileen, the quiet environment.....the breakfasts and the evening... more

A breakfast to die for. The house is execptional. The hospitality is remarkable. One of the best. And the cost (less than 100.00). more
