The front desk attendant was very nice and all of the other staff has been very helpful and kind. Room is Clean and somewhat recently updated. The room had a dirty carpet, the night stand had something spilled on it that attracted ants and the blankets had holes big enough to pass a cigarette pack through. And that wasn't the worst thing. I stayed here one night while in Richmond for a funeral. I don't think I would have stayed a second night.
