Santa's Lodge is a nice place that is great for families going to Holiday World and Splashin' Safari. The employees were all very friendly. We stayed for two nights in the newer side of the hotel. I am a local person who has booked reservations for friends. I noticed the reviews at this site are two and three years old and need to be updated. Many things have changed as the Lodge has grown. I have found the food to be good and the prices reasonable. My friends have not complained about the rooms being overpriced.... more

Our family stayed at Santa's Lodge for two days in the middle of July. We found the property to be a relaxed atmosphere that is geared to the family. We will stay here again next time we visit. We've been staying at Santa's Lodge during our Holiday World vacations since 2004. Apparently we've been lucky in that we always seem to get the rooms in the new end of the hotel. We were drawn to the hotel for its close proximity to Holiday World. While they did accomodate us without reservations, the hotel was lacking in several areas.
