“Poor communication, ridiculously small room”

My mother-in-law booked a room for a gift for us, so we could visit the waterpark (which closes May 19 for good, and really was only for those under 12) and when we went to check-in, they told us there was a $20 charge for incidentals, and then wanted us to put in on our card. “Rude front desk”

We stayed here for one night as a quick get away. Rooms were average, most of the amenities were not open. Front desk and other customer service staff are very rude and need training. Disappointing...we would not recommend you stay here.

“Big room, big bed, big breakfast!”

This is a large hotel, but with a nice country inn feel. Our room was huge with a large bed and a set of bunk beds. The hotel is brilliantly located for the Shipshewana Auction and Flea Market. Very quiet. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Ample parking and great value for money.
