This is about as practical a hotel as I've stayed in. Check-in was instant (as it often is in the US), check-out ditto. The room was a good size, with a comfortable (slightly soft) bed and good linen/pillows. The desk was a good size for working, with an ergonomic chair and a choice of LAN or wireless internet, both fast... more

Arrived very late to check-in and found the parking situation was really tight. Was told to park in handicap space. The room I was given was a handicap accesible room even though I'm not handicapped. No problem till I took a shower the next day and the whole bathroom flooded. The shower stall was simply a removed tub area that... more

The hotel is in a downtown location, a couple of miles from most other hotels clustered around the Interstate. I really liked the location as it actually gave me a feel for the town (not just another generic interchange), parking was still free, I felt safe in the area, and it was pretty quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. They... more

On the site of the old Terre Haute House, this hotel may not have the history of that venerated building, but it is definitely a fine replacement. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. We were on the Wabash Avenue side of the building but heard no street noise after bedtime. more

I stayed at this hotel to be close to a Pearson testing center. The hotel was very clean as was the room. I appreciated the large desk/work center. The bed was very comfortable. However, as a previous review has mentioned, the street noise was horrible. I checked in at 4pm and from that point on there were very loud motorcyles... more

This was our second stay. We found this gem during our first visit to Terre Haute last summer while on a college search tour. My son was accepted into Rose Hulman and will attend starting the fall of 2009. I signed up for the reward points, as I will be staying for multiple nights during visits. It is the most... more

The staff at the hotel are wonderful and friendly. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and plentiful. The dining is casual and the atmosphere encourages lingering over drinks and conversation. more

This is clearly the nicest hotel in Terre Haute. I stayed here with a lot of friends for my college reunion. We had no complaints whatsoever. I definitely plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Terre Haute. more
