Well the room and the hotel overall appeared very nice. Although when we first got there, there were a bunch of flies in the window, apparently someone had left it open. No big deal, I told the front desk and they came in and took care of it. Fast forward to bedtime. My husband and I were playing cards on the bed and he leaned back to stretch out because his back was hurting...So as he is leaning against the headboard he looks down onto the comforter to find TWO bugs crawling around. So we lift up the sheets and check, and sure enough, there are MORE! They were on the pillow cases, under the mattress, on the sheets, it was disgusting! So we packed up our stuff and also grabbed one of the pillows with the bugs on it and headed to the front desk. We showed the person on duty, and he just acted like it was no big deal. He took the pillow and BRUSHED the bugs off onto the floor. He gave us our money back with no argument or anything, almost like it's happened before and its no big shock... more
