“Great place to stay!”

This was a one night stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and quite. I had a hot breakfast in the morning was good. What more is there to say. I will book here again.

“Friendly doesn't do justice.”

Absolutely the friendliest place that I've stayed in awhile. Excellent people working here. As for the facilities, clean and well maintained. Good bed, flat screen TV with boatload of channels, comfy chair and ottoman, ergonomic desk chair, and very fast, free wifi. Would definitely stay here again.

“Quick trip to Iowa”

To a trip to Iowa. Stopped at Iowa for a good night sleep. We like staying at the Holiday Inn Express. This one was pretty much like all the others nice beds and a good breakfast. Was a good place to stop after crossing over the border.

“Nice facility”

Stayed here one night. Nice facility. Convenient location. Very clean. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Room was quite and comfortable. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Good parking available. Will stay here again when in the area.

I have stayed in alot of Hotels and by far this one is my favorite. Everyone is very kind and pleasant.Rooms are awesome and CLEAN! If we needed something we asked and we had it. “GREAT stay”

We were in Burlington visiting family. We continue to stay in this motel. The room is always clean, breakfast great and the staff we encounter have always been very helpful and friendly. The pool area is not very large, if I had to complain about anything. Otherwise, great stay and we will be back!

“Great stop over...”

We stopped here for one night during our recent motorcycle trip The staff was friendly. This is a very typical HI Express. Breakfast was the standard fare but hot and good, one recommedation, please provide flavored creamers. Would definitely recommend. We also had a nice casino visit.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlington, Iowa. GREAT STAFF, CLEAN ROOMS. They have a very good continental breakfast (hot and cold). We were checked immediately, the staff was very friendly. We stayed on the first floor and never heard any noises.

“Never again”

Way overpriced. We paid $125 a night but had no choice as all other hotels were booked. Front desk staff is rude, VERY noisy plant next door that will keep you up all night. Pool is super small. Overall a bad experience.
