Stayed here for one night in the single bed room. It was excellent for the price, but I'm not sure I will stay here again. I will probably shell out more money next time. I stayed in a "nonsmoking" room in the front area that really had bad odors. I'm pretty sure it was from the carpet. Kind of a... more

I live in Cedar Falls. Because I don't have a very big place to live, when my parents visit me they like to stay at the University Inn. It is far less expensive than many other local motels, and the rooms are very nice. It is a motel atmosphere, but there are some very quiet rooms in the back that... more
