This was the worst motel we have ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk was very rude.Other guest had asked for a couple extra towels, because they had to use them to wipe up a spill. The lady yelled at them and asked how they could use all of them, and told them they would have to wait till morning. Pillows were flat and lumpy, asked for extra pillow and none were available. The carpet had stains all over. Photo on wall had large crack in glass, and was dusty. Bedside lamps old,and Lampshade broken. Bathroom door so dusty you could write on it.No in room amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker,ect...). Toliet not properly cleaned(smears). Hot tub was small, and poor grout job. Mattress was very broken down.You could feel every spring. Expected more from a whirlpool suite. Breakfast was minimal and horrible. Rolls very dry. Provided cups of waffle batter to make your own waffles, but not enough batter in cups to make a complete waffle. more
