We booked this hotel for my parents who were coming to Cedar Rapids for a family event. They were very happy with their stay. What they liked: 1) Very reasonable rates. Stayed in approx 40 US hotels last year and found this to be one of the worse. Outdated furniture that was broke, carpet with wear spots, inoperable heating and dated 19" TV. I was never more dissatisfied. I did not even stay. I checked in, went to the room and immediately checked out.
