We were on track to arrive at the hotel a few hours before the posted check-in time, so I called the hotel and asked if it was possible for us to check in early. We were thrilled with the service we received at the Colfax Comfort Inn. The staff worked quickly to get us into our room early (10:00) as we were in town for a softball tournament and needed airconditioning between games. Snuck in a $1 a night fee for a safe in the room. Not mentioned, not needed, not used, wasted money. Should have taken a closer look at the bill before paying. My mistake. Learn from it, please. more
