The staff at this Days Inn are really exceptional - very pleasant and helpful, much more so than your typical chain hotel. I really appreciate the review. Feedback helps us make the necessary improvements to provide better accomodations. Our site was actually affected by the floods of June, 2008. We have officially reopened as of September and as such have a completely remodeled first floor and have replaced the carpet and beds on the second floor. Our hotel is vastly improved, please...

This was my second time staying here, both times to interview at the University of Iowa Hospital. It is very close and convenient to that institution. It is a typical cheap motel but I never had a problem with it. more

As a budgeted traveler, I expected an "okay" quality room and service. I just was looking for a decent place to stay. I did not anticipate the horrible treatment from irresponsible employees who "accidentally" cancelled/checked my family out of our hotel room prior to the end of our stay. I was hesitant to stay here, but the price was right. Overall, the room was clean, and the wireless internet worked well. The tv was only a 20" model, but other than that no issues. If you are looking for a cheap clean place with no frills, I would recommend this place. more
