I was told this Comfort Inn was close to the Des Moines Airport, its not, its a 20 minute drive to the airport. I stayed in several Comfort Inns and this one is mediocre at best. I guess it's okay for one night, but the price is pretty high for what you get.

traveling thru des monies and decided to spent a night at comfort inn and i was disappointed. the room was fairly large. the sheets were clean and the bathroom was ultra clean. the price was steep but overall it was a good experience.

We spent a night recently. The bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. In general, the cleanliness of the room and hotel was good. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was OK. It's not a bad motel, but for the price, it's leaves much to be desired.
