It is sadly neglected and apparently the plan is to forgo any upkeep or maintenance until the hotel closes its doors. This was my second visit to the hotel. I was very satisified with all aspects of the stay. We had a good room rate for a two room suite with large refrigerator, microwave, 2 TV's and a sofa sleeper.
