Staff is excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Allowed me to check in early, helped me get cabs when I needed them and shuttle service was prompt. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Good value for the price!

I didn't hear any airplane noise in my first floor room, even though the airport was right across the street. The bed was comfy, and they have these nice squishy pillows that are more comfortable than those in most hotels. The breakfast was good. If you are in Des Moines, this is a good place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel before. We were taking a trip to Florida. We were able to leave our car at hotel while we were gone and take the shuttle to airport. Shuttle was quick and very convenient. I got a government rate which was more reasonable given we paid extra to park the car for a week.

The hotel was clean, the rate was right and the breakfast was Hampton standard. The only thing that was bad was the weather! Bitter cold! Can't the staff fix that?? LOL! It was super close to a lot of things. I would definately recommend this hotel.
