Overall we were pleased with our stay. We stayed last night, the Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. We did not notice how busy it was until late last night when we heard many voices in the hall and again at breakfast.
On check-in, the girl was very nice, poliet, and friendly. The room was very clean. You can tell this is a very new hotel by the condition and the faint paint smell when you first enter a room. The room was very spacious. We had a handicapped accessible room. It was outstanding. There were not only several grab bars in the tub and near the higher tiolet, there also was a tub seat available. The door security lock was at a high and low level and a wheelchair would have no problem getting around in the space.
The hotel is out past all the busyness & the mall area of Dubuque. It sits down behind a berm off the busy road, so there is good privacy if you want the curtains open and there was very little road noise. Just up the street is a shopping center...
