“They've done some new things”

I stayed at the MainStay in Dubuque because I like the kitchen island for a work space. I didn't mind the old style television because It didn't matter to me. “Needed a getaway”

The staff was really nice. This is our first stay at one of your properties. The only problem was the television was too low. We couldn't watch tv in the bedroom without sitting up. We will stay again

“Girls Weekend”

I traveled to Dubuque to have a girls weekend with my friends from college from the area. We had an absolute wonderful stay at the MainStay. This location was very clean and up to date and offered a lot of amenities for a reasonable price. Cleaning cloth on table when we walked in. Fecal (that's poop folks) stains on bathroom wall next to toilet roll holder that was also broken and falling off the wall. Dark hair on sheets in bed. “Do not stay here.”

I was in Dubuque for work and I stayed here two nights. My room was dirty mainly the bathroom had hair,used dental floss in the drawers,they missed my wake up call,the coverlet was old and ripping,there were people yelling in the halls at 11:00 @night. The entire hotel had a stench of curry to it. I will NEVER stay here... More
