The hostess was friendly and her cooking was outstanding. The poor rating is due to the cigarette smoke which permeated the house, including our non-smoking room. The host, while pleasant, also joined us for breakfast and lit up a cigarette. If you are sensitive to smoke I would not recommend this inn. On a positive note, the view was beautiful and the inn was clean. The lighthouse is neat, but you must be accompanied to go up.
