What a wonderful place for a romantic getaway. My wife and I spent a weekend in their Loft room, which is a beautifully done multi-tiered room with a jucuzzi tub. Without a doubt, the Best B&B we've ever stayed at! There's not a lot to do in Maquoketa, but if you've got business there or just want some peaceful relaxation in a beautifully restored and furnished 1880s mansion, the Squiers is a great place to stay.
