Check-in was a long nightmare...the desk clerk was more interested in whining about her life than checking in guests. Bed was horrible, old and lumpy. Pillows were old and lumpy. Breakfast room was filthy. Clerk at time of check-out was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. more
