I booked on Priceline while waiting for a family to be released from hospital. The little kitchen was nice to have. Close to the freeway and could hear people walking above us. The cont. brk. was very limited; granola, coffee and oatmeal. Staff was very polite and helpful. Bed was great. Close to shopping and resturants

Very nice hotel!! Very clean updated hotel! They have King beds!! Love this about this hotel since most Extended stay america's don't have king beds. Plus every room has a mini kitchen with an apartment size fridge microwave and stove top. Highly recommend this hotel! Very nice neighborhood too!

you wont find a friendlier desk staff anywhere, anything that they can do they will. Things you might have forgotten is taken care of, resturant menus, towels, blow dryer,extra pillows, and maybe just some good chatting.

Relocating for a contract job in Des Moines and setup shop here for a few weeks. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and in excellent shape and location convenient to anywhere you need to go in Des Moines and the area. Plenty of information available on what to do in the area.

I travel extensively in my business, utilizing Extended Stay America whenever available. I have found this hotel to be one of their top locations, great management (Regina, the general manager) and all of their personnel. Good location, urban environment, and convenient to Interstate 35 and 80. You cannot go wrong by staying here.
