Guest rooms are very clean and modern. Beds real comfortable. Friendly greeting. Love the large walk in shower. Breakfast is provided which is always welcome amenity. Only complaint is the cancellation time is 4pm day prior and they are not flexible on this at all. I was hoping to cancel at 6pm but I would of had to still pay... More

Thank you for the nice comments; we are glad you enjoyed the new Business Class Room. I do apologize the cancellation policy did not meet your needs; however, the property has maintained a 24 hour cancellation for normal business days the past 5 years. As Beloit is some what off the beaten path; 24 hours allows the hotel the opportunity... More
