I hope no one has to stay at this hotel again. There are plenty of good places to stay in Colby. The Crown is NOT one of them. We were charged $95 to stay there, when one can get a perfectly good room for under 60. Our room was not clean, and we found bugs on the floor. The owner/manager... more

I couldn't agree more with the previous post that this place is an embarasement to Best Western. It's a good thing you didn't stay. You would have had to confront the same woman in the morning to ask to use the toaster BEHIND the front desk. When I commented about the substandard breakfast, she said no one really requests breakfast.... more

On July 25th my family had reservations to stay at the Best Western Crown Motel in Colby, Kansas. Our reservations stated that we could cancel before 6pm without penalty.
