We have stayed at this property several times since it was constructed. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to serve the guests. There is a continental breakfast in the morning included with the room. The property overall, including the rooms, is clean and well maintained. Concordia is a safe city so little to no worries about the hotel being in a bad area. The only non-positive (because it isn't negative) thing I would like to see changed is that on holidays, the hotel doesn't offer my state employee discount. But frankly with supply and demand, as an owner I don't know if I would offer discounts either. more

On a trip fom Texas to Rapid City, SD, this was our first stop after a long day driving. We saw a couple of other hotels on HW 81 but they didn't look nearly as invinting as the Holiday Inn. We checked at the desk and got a rate of $85 for two queen beds. The room was very nice, the high speed internet worked very well, nice deep tub after a long day driving was very inviting. We were exhausted so called in a dinner order to Pizza Hut accross the street. Dinner was dilivered within 20 minutes.
The beds were very firm with lots of pillows.

The breakfast bar in the morning had a bit of trouble keeping up witht the crowd. As soon as omlettes came out, the were snapped up. I ate a lot of bisquits and gravy. Form the price, I would stay here again. more
