Attending a celebration for a family friend at the convent in Concordia we stayed 2 nights and it was positively awful. The beds were so hard our backs hurt for days, they aggravated my wife's carpal tunnel, and the rooms were filthy. The nightstand looked like it hadn't been moved for cleaning for several years. I have stayed in many Super 8 hotels in my day. This one didn't impress me whatsoever. The room smelled of mold.
