Booked a one night stay as I drove cross country at The Budget Host Inn. My reservation was made via their website: http://www.budgethost.com/ I received an email confirming my reservation and noting that my room was "Credit card guarantee" I arrived around 11:30pm the night of my reservation and was greeted by a woman at the front desk who didn't... more

Road_tripper_0931, You reserved your room same day as your check-in which made it hard for us when we had group of 15 rooms check in all at once and you booked your reservation five minutes later then them. When we were all done with their group check in we received your reservation after that we were full. We had no...

We really didn't want to spend much money on our stay in Emporia, because we were truly just passing through after visiting the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.
