I have never seen such a mess! Not only did several of our rooms have "toilet problems", the icebox had not been cleaned out (food and drinks), there were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, and then when we got home, we found out that we had been charged for 4 extra rooms.

A family reuion and wedding has been ruined by this experience. more

My in laws came into town and stayed at this hotel. During the night they had blinking lights in the room. When they complained to the staff member the response was "yeah, we've known about this for a week and can't figure out the problem." This problem is a sure sign of a fire hazard and I found it appaling that they would rent a room knowing of this condition.
