We arrived with a printed out confirmation paper that I printed out from home after making the reservations on-line. I even called the motel at that time to make sure that they got the reservation. Then about 2 weeks before I called the motel again directly to make sure that we had reservations. I tryed 3 top motels 2 months... more

This is a best little motel i have stayed in. For the price i got way more that what would have gotten at any Branded Hotel/Motel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean and looks like lots of upkeep work is going on. New walls, new carpets. I liked the breakfast. I would definitly recommand this place. Nice personal... more

The woman who checked me in was extremely rude. She acted as if taking my money was a great imposition. She tossed the key on the counter. The internet price was lower than I ended up paying "with tax". The room was clean but shabby and was very quiet. The internet kept kicking me off. more

I was pleasenetly suprised with my stay at Trails West Motel. I surely expected the rates to be around $ 30 but I did not expect the redone rooms, Hi-Speed Internet, Hot Waffles for Breakfast, king beds, micro-fridge and the list goes on. Trails West Motel was a great place to stay with the owners being so nice and friendly to me. I couldnt' believe how nice their new lobby is and I surely didn't expect 25" TV's, Microwave, and Refrigerator along with alaram clock radio and iron/ironing board in my room. This was one of the best independent motel that i have ever stayed at. Mgmt was friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. Your dollar streach further than you think here. more
