Thats all I can say, Our rooms were non smoking, but found butts and ashes on the floor, place had iron burns all over the carpet, stunk like pee all thoughout the hallway and rooms. mold and mildew and rust around baseboards in bathroom, hair in bathtub and sink, shower head leaking, tv remote didn't work, secured door had screw... more

I have stayed here before and thought the hotel was in good shape! Front Desk and management staff were very nice and breakfast was good. Desk told me they just got new mattresses...which were comfy. Property was clean... It's certainly not a luxury hotel...but you get a good value for what you pay. I will definitely be back! more

This hotel stay was my worst ever. The hotel is poorly kept, the hallways and other common areas smelled terrible, and there were bugs (both dead and alive) on the floor in the hallways. It was a very busy weekend in Lawrence so this was not a first choice for us to begin with but we were ok with the fact of staying here for 2 nights.
